British model, designer and philanthropist Petra Stunt has announced the launch of her namesake charitable foundation, which will help fund research into meningitis and autism, both conditions affecting children and young people which have touched her personally.

Stunt commented 'I am delighted that The Foundation is now active to allow us all to understand more about autism and meningitis and to help those affected and their families. As a mother, I hope to be able to offer tangible support for those in need'.
